Titanium Application

Aerospace and Aviation

Titanium’s exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and resistance to extreme temperatures make it ideal for aircraft frames, turbine engines, and structural components in aerospace manufacturing.
Chemical Processing

Chemical Processing

Thanks to its outstanding corrosion resistance, titanium is widely used in heat exchangers, reactors, and piping systems handling aggressive acids and chemicals.

Medical and Dental Devices

Biocompatibility is a key advantage of titanium. It’s used extensively in implants, surgical instruments, and dental fixtures due to its non-toxicity and excellent fatigue strength.

Marine and Offshore Engineering

Titanium’s natural resistance to seawater corrosion ensures long service life in offshore platforms, desalination plants, propeller shafts, and seawater piping systems.

Power and Energy

From nuclear fuel rods to condenser tubes in power stations, titanium components help maintain integrity and performance in extreme pressure and temperature environments.

Automotive and Motorsports

Lightweight titanium alloys are used in performance-critical parts such as exhaust systems, valves, connecting rods, and fasteners — improving speed, efficiency, and fuel economy.

Why Choose Our Titanium?

High-performance titanium anodes with excellent corrosion resistance, long service life, and customizable designs. Ideal for electroplating, water treatment, and cathodic protection, ensuring efficiency and reliability in harsh environments.

15 Years of Titanium Manufacturing Experience

We’ve been producing titanium products since the early 2000s — from CP titanium to complex alloy grades. Our in-depth material knowledge ensures each batch meets precise industry and customer specifications.

Complete Range of Products and Specifications

Whether you need forged bars, seamless tubes, precision wire, or custom-machined components, we offer a full portfolio of titanium grades (GR1–GR5, GR7, GR9, GR23) in multiple forms and dimensions.

Strict Quality Control and Certifications

All titanium products undergo rigorous inspection, including chemical composition analysis, mechanical testing, and ultrasonic flaw detection. Materials comply with ASTM, ASME, AMS, ISO, and customer-specific standards.

Customization and Global Logistics Support

From special sizes to custom alloying and processing, our technical team works closely with your engineers to meet project needs. We ship to over 30 countries, with fast lead times and professional documentation.

Titanium Product production process

1. Raw Material Sourcing

High-purity titanium sponge or ingot is carefully selected from certified upstream suppliers to ensure chemical stability and traceability.

2. Vacuum Melting / VAR

Titanium sponge is melted in a vacuum or VAR (Vacuum Arc Remelting) furnace to eliminate impurities and improve alloy homogeneity.

3. Forging / Hot Rolling

Billets or ingots are forged or hot-rolled into intermediate shapes such as bars, plates, or rods. This enhances grain structure and mechanical properties.

4. Annealing and Surface Treatment

Heat treatment processes (such as annealing) relieve stress and adjust hardness. Pickling or surface grinding is applied to remove oxide scales and refine surface finish.

5. Machining and Custom Processing

Products are machined to precise tolerances based on customer drawings, including turning, milling, drilling, and thread cutting for fasteners or complex parts.

6. Inspection and Testing

Every batch undergoes strict inspection:

  • Chemical analysis (O, N, C, H content)

  • Mechanical testing (tensile, yield, elongation)

  • Ultrasonic or Eddy Current Testing for internal flaws

  • Dimensional and Visual Checks

7. Packing and Documentation

Products are packed in seaworthy wooden cases or crates with full labeling. Mill test certificates (MTC), third-party inspection reports, and export documents are provided on request.

Titanium Quality Testing

Chemical Composition Analysis

We conduct precise elemental analysis using Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES) or Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) methods. This verifies the content of Ti, Fe, O, N, C, H and alloying elements such as Al and V — ensuring compliance with ASTM/ASME/ISO grade specifications.

Mechanical Properties Testing

Tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, and hardness are tested according to international standards. Each batch is sampled and tested under room temperature or specific conditions to verify mechanical consistency.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

To detect internal or surface flaws, we apply non-destructive methods such as:

  • Ultrasonic Testing (UT): For internal defects in bars, plates, and forged parts

  • Eddy Current Testing (ECT): For surface cracks and near-surface inclusions

  • Visual and Dimensional Inspection: Performed on 100% of finished products

Frequently Asked Questions

What grades of titanium do you offer?

We offer a wide range of titanium grades, including commercially pure grades like GR1 and GR2, and titanium alloys such as GR5 (Ti-6Al-4V) and GR23 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI). Each grade is tailored to specific industrial applications requiring different mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.

Yes. All titanium products from Shaanxi Innovate Metal Technology Co., Ltd. are supplied with mill test certificates (EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2). Upon request, we also support third-party inspections from SGS, TUV, or other authorized bodies.

Our titanium materials meet international standards such as ASTM B348, ASTM B265, ASTM B863, ASTM F67, and ASTM F136. Custom specifications for aerospace, medical, and chemical processing applications are also available.

Absolutely. We offer CNC machining, precision cutting, drilling, threading, and surface finishing according to your technical drawings or CAD files. Whether it’s a titanium flange, fitting, or complex part—we can deliver to spec.
For standard stock items, we can ship within 3–5 working days. For custom orders, the lead time depends on the product type, quantity, and processing requirements—typically between 2–4 weeks. Urgent orders can be prioritized upon request.
